I’m not usually one to do these but today is an exception. I understand they were busy when I arrived fulfilling an order for firefighters beforehand but I’m not sure how that justifies the reduced quality in product for the subsequent customers. I ordered a chai made with soy for my wife. What she got was anything but. She’s no stranger to chai - she gets it made the same way every time. So when she says it’s bad, it’s bad. The employees need to make sure they’re not rushing to the point that the quality takes such a dramatic hit. Do better Starbucks.

Neveah and her coworker were so friendly and kind. They listened to my order, served the food with a smile, and the food I ordered was some of the best Ive ever had from a Starbucks.

If you wanna get a half empty iced coffee instead of whatever you actually ordered then buy here. I was only given 3 straws when I ordered 4 drinks so it makes it clear they were aware they gave me literal garbage instead of my drink

Drive through. Ordered 1 coffee, 1 drink for daughter, and egg bite. When I got to the window, I was told they were out of strawberries and the brie egg bite, even though it showed in inventory. Reordered and waited holding up the drive through traffic. That specific location is not well organized as we go there every Thursdays during volleyball season

I come to the Starbucks like every other day and every time it's the same issue. The vanilla sweet cream Cold brew is basically white. This occasion I handed the drink back to the cashier and asked for it to be remade. Then not even 30 seconds later she hands me this and ask is it ok, I simply replied no and drove off. I really think there should be some training done on how to make trains because it shouldn't be this difficult every time I come.
